JAKOLA FARM – TRANQUILITY OF COUNTRYSIDE

The main building of Jakola Farm was built as early as a century ago and, during the decades passed, the activities of the farm have been developed from agriculture and livestock into a versatile tourist destination for families, individuals and groups of various kinds.

Excellent surroundings for activities in the open air year-round

The various waterways close to the farm provide fine settings for fly-fishing  in the rapids and angling with hook and worm in the lakes nearby.  You can also go paddling in the beautiful lake scenery or in the rapids nearby.  White water safaris in rubber dinghies can also be arranged on agreement.  

Jakola Farm provides good possibilities for cross-country skiing in beautiful countryside scenery  through snow covered fields and forests. You can also hire a snowmobile from the farm and drive around safely on the surrounding fields of  the farm.

In addition,  if you enjoy looking around during your trips abroad, there are lots of outdoor and indoor acitivities, shopping centres, restaurants and interesting places to be visited at the shortest within a half an hour’s drive from Jakola farm.
